Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and outgoing Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support for our chairman. This role is designed for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready for extensive international business engagements.
Job Description:
. Provide executive and administrative support to the Chairman
. Manage calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and daily coordination
. Assist in reviewing basic contracts and business documents
. Coordinate with regional stakeholders in English and Mandarin
. Support overseas business travel and related logistics
. Handle driving duties for business appointments when required
Requirements:
. Diploma/Degree in Business, Law, or related field
. 3-5 years experience in PA / Executive Assistant / Private Secretary role
. Strong English & Mandarin communication skills (Japanese is an advantage)
. Experience in business support, scheduling, and document handling
. Willing to travel internationally when required
. Valid driving licence required driving duties required.
. Familiar with basic business/commercial documents is an advantage
