Key Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient, professional, and confidential support to the Executive and Management team
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
- Take accurate meeting minutes and follow up on action items
- Handle travel arrangements including flight and hotel bookings, visa applications, and logistics
- Run occasional business and personal errands as required
- Manage reservations and assist with both professional and personal scheduling
- Assist with general office coordination and support tasks
Requirements:
- Minimum a Diploma qualification
- Strong numerical ability and attention to detail
- Prior experience as a Personal Assistant and service line is a plus
- Working knowledge of HR processes will be an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills
- Reliable, mature, and discreet with a strong sense of integrity and confidentiality
