What You'll Be Doing
Calendar & Daily Operations
- Manage a busy schedule of client meetings, reviews, and internal appointments
- Coordinate calls, reminders, and follow-ups to ensure nothing slips through
- Arrange travel bookings, meeting logistics, and itineraries when required
Client Support & Coordination
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring prompt and professional responses
- Support onboarding of new clients (documentation, reminders, basic checks)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in internal systems
Administrative & Financial Support
- Assist in preparing presentation materials, reports, and proposals
- Organise confidential documents, contracts, and financial records
- Support simple tracking of expenses, invoices, and payments
General Support
- Anticipate needs and proactively handle ad hoc tasks
- Liaise with internal teams, insurers, or external partners where required
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the consultant's workflow
What We're Looking For
- Diploma or higher qualification preferred.
- Prior experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or admin support role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Good communication skills (spoken and written)
- Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and common workplace tools
Bonus If You Have
- Experience in financial services / insurance / wealth management
- Basic understanding of financial products and documentation
