Job Description:
We are looking for an Admin Assistant to support the daily administrative work of the company. The candidate may be assigned to support the Operations, HR, or Accounts department depending on work requirements. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain office documents, including hardcopy and softcopy filing
- Prepare invoices, delivery orders, claims, and other simple documents
- Handle basic data entry and record keeping
- Support phone calls and email enquiries
- Assist with general administrative duties for the department assigned
- Provide ad hoc admin support as required
Requirements:
- Able to use Microsoft Office applications
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin to liaise with customers and colleagues
- Responsible, organised, and willing to learn
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Candidates without relevant experience are welcome to apply
