Role Mission:

Support the MD in design projects through seamless executive leadership and precision technical coordination

Job scope:

- Manage MD's calendar, and business engagements

- Draft communications (quotations, board vendor negotiations etc)

- Interpret CAD drawings, FF&E schedules, and material specifications for accuracy

- Liaise with contractors

- Analyze vendor quotations for cost, quality, and timeline optimization

- Orchestrate cross-team workflows (designers, procurement, site supervisors)

- Document action items from design charrettes/MD-client meetings

Requirements:

1. Experience- Minimum 3 years as PA supporting in interior design

2. Ability to critique vendor quotes against material specs (e.g., marble grading, fabric fire ratings)

3. Knowledge of local supply chains

4. Familiarity with BCA/SCDF compliance for commercial /residential projects
