Job Description

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day office tasks of the Managing Director
  • Maintain accurate calendars with an understanding of prioritizing important deliverables
  • Draft high-level presentations, communications, and documents using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Collaborate with other team members to organize various corporate events. Manage and maintain Directors schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements where applicable
  • Prepare, review, and collate documents/presentations, coordinate with all consultants for tenders/EOIs
  • Monitor, screen, respond to, and distribute incoming communications
  • Provide administrative support for Projects as well and cover when necessary for Reception duties

Competencies and Experiences

  • Minimum 3-5 years in administrative/executive support roles with increasing responsibilities
  • Diploma or Degree in Secretary/Administration/Business Studies
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a very high level of accuracy with particular attention to deadlines
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality for all company materials and information
  • Good English communication skills
  • Highly accountable with excellent professional work ethics and high-level integrity
  • Extraordinary ability to multitask, organizational planning skills
  • Ability to prioritize work, manage time effectively, and be proactive
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 and virtual meeting apps
