Key Responsibilities
Personal Assistant Duties
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize travel and logistics.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and professional communications with accuracy.
- Maintain and update contact lists, ensuring accuracy and strong stakeholder engagement.
- Support in personal tasks and errands while maintaining discretion.
Business Management Duties
- Oversee day-to-day business operations and workflows with efficiency.
- Prepare, review, and maintain detailed reports, presentations, contracts, and other business documents.
- Track goals, projects, and deliverables, ensuring timelines and standards are met.
- Liaise with clients, partners, and internal teams to coordinate business activities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose practical solutions.
- Support business development initiatives through documentation, records, and follow-up systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Business Manager, or similar role.
- Exceptional documentation skills with a sharp eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Business acumen with experience in operations, administration, or project management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and CRM/contact management systems.
- Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and exercise sound judgment.
