Personal Assistant / Bodyguard (Executive Protection)

About the role

Our client is looking for a professional Executive Personal Assistant (with Close Protection). The main goal of this role is to ensure the Executive's personal safety and help manage their daily movements and travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Personal Safety: Provide close protection and ensure the Executive is safe during daily work, meetings, and events.

• Driving & Movement: Safely transport the Executive to various locations. You will plan the best travel routes and check venues beforehand to ensure smooth movement.

• Coordination: Work closely with office staff and external partners to coordinate the Executive's schedule and logistics.

• Business Trips: Accompany the Executive on both local and international trips (overseas travel is required).

• Quick Response: Be ready to act quickly and calmly in case of emergencies or unexpected changes in plans.

• Daily Support: Assist with logistical tasks and schedule management to make the Executive's day run efficiently.

Requirements:

• Background: We highly welcome candidates from Uniformed Services (e.g., SAF, SPF, or Security Forces) with relevant tactical or executive protection training.

• Driving License: Must possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License with a clean driving record (zero demerit points).

• Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required, as you will need to communicate frequently with Mandarin-speaking business partners and stakeholders.

• Experience: Previous experience in Executive Protection, Personal Security, or as a Personal Aide to senior leaders or high-profile individuals.

• Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit and healthy, as the job involves long hours of standing, walking, and being on high alert.

• Professionalism: High level of honesty, reliability, and the ability to keep all information strictly confidential.

• Travel Readiness: Must be willing and able to travel overseas for business whenever needed.
