Job DescriptionWe are looking for a reliable, organised, and discreet Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative, personal, and basic accounting support to the Director. This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and flexibility in handling both business and personal matters.
Key Responsibilities1. Diary & Calendar Management
- Manage and coordinate the Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and key events
- Schedule and organise meetings, ensuring proper preparation and followups
2. Travel & Itinerary Management
- Arrange business and personal travel, including flights, accommodation, ground transport, and travel insurance
- Prepare detailed travel itineraries and ensure smooth travel arrangements
3. Event & Project Coordination
- Assist in organising internal and external events
- Coordinate assigned projects and provide regular progress updates
4. General Administrative & Office Support
- Handle general administrative duties and document management
- Assist with bill payments or reminders (e.g. insurance, phone, utilities, subscriptions)
- Manage filing systems, records, and bookings (including classes or appointments)
- Support daytoday office administrative matters
- Take on adhoc tasks as assigned by the Director
5. Personal Admin Support
- Run personal errands as required, based on the Director's needs
6. Accounting & Finance Support
- Provide basic accounting support, including submission of expense claims
- Update company accounts and perform simple financial reconciliations to ensure accuracy
- Assist with general accounting and financerelated administrative tasks
Requirements- Relevant experience ingeneral accounting
- Techsavvy inMicrosoft Office applications, particularlyMicrosoft Excel
- Willingness to take onpersonal assistant and administrative duties
- Meticulous, responsible, and organised with apositive attitude and willingness to learn
- High level oftrust, discretion, and confidentialitywhen handling sensitive information
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
