Job Description

Job Title: Personal Assistant/Admin Assistant

Work Scope & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end administration of courses for Grassroots Leaders and PA staff
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to secure venues, schedule sessions, and ensure all logistical arrangements and training materials are prepared
  • Collect, track, and maintain training-related information such as attendance records and feedback
  • Provide administrative and on-site support for NACLI events and meetings, where required
  • Assist with special events and ad-hoc projects as needed
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

  • Strong organisational and coordination skills with good attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with departments and stakeholders
  • Prior experience in training administration, event coordination, or similar roles is preferred
  • Ability to collect, track, and organise data accurately
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook)

Working Hours

  • Monday to Thursday: 8.30am - 6.00pm
  • Friday: 8.30am - 5.30pm

Salary

  • SGD $13 - $15 per hour (commensurate with experience)
