As we continue to grow, we're looking for a highly organised, proactive, and resourceful Personal Assistant / Admin to support our day-to-day operations - and help keep the magic running smoothly behind the scenes.
What You'll Do
- Provide personal assistance and administrative support to the Director and core team
- Help manage schedules, appointments, process payments and project tracking
- Coordinate with vendors, crew, and partners when needed
- Assist with simple paperwork, invoices, procurement tasks, and event logistics
- Support with preparation of proposals, slide decks, and internal documentation
- Keep things running efficiently so the team can focus on delivering amazing events
What We're Looking For
- A highly organised multi-tasker with strong attention to detail
- Someone who enjoys planning, coordinating, and keeping things in order
- Good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic events environment
- Proficient in basic office tools (Google Workspace / Microsoft Office)
- Reliable, discreet, and able to handle sensitive info professionally
