We are actively hiring for a client in a Community Hospital setting in Singapore and we wish to invite interested Pharmacists to apply the role.

Permanent Pharmacist

• Dispense and verify medications accurately
• Counsel patients on safe and effective medication use
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimise therapy
• Manage inventory and ensure regulatory compliance
• Support clinical services: reviews, reconciliation, monitoring
• Lead, mentor, and guide junior staff
• Drive quality, safety, and service improvements

Requirements

• A Degree or Post-graduate qualification in Pharmacy.
• Must be a registered pharmacist with the Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC).
• Strong communication skills and an ability to listen effectively to patient and team needs.
• A collaborative mindset with a commitment to being an excellent team player.
• Demonstrated clinical expertise and competency in pharmacy practice.
• Proficiency in dialect is required to effectively communicate with and support primary patient demographic

• 5 full days per week (willing to work on weekends)
