Job Description & Requirements

  • Triage Patients, Health declaration, registering Patients,
  • Dispensing of medication and collecting payments
  • Explain medical and health screen packages to patients
  • Arrange/Booking appointments for patients for follow-up treatment and vaccination
  • Assist doctors with chaperoning and conduct minor procedures, swab procedures
  • Performing administrative duties assigned by a superior
  • Perform billing, including HSG, CHAS and Medisave payment transactions
  • Daily e-submission of Insurance Managed Care claims
  • Top up medications, inventory and assist in stock taking as required
  • Housekeeping and responsible for the cleanliness of the entire clinic facilities

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE O level, NITEC, Higher NITEC in any discipline. Diploma holders are welcome.
  • Prior healthcare/customer service experience is an added advantage.
  • Preferably stay in the northeast area.
  • Must be able to commit to a few mornings, 3-night sessions and/or weekend shift. Flexible in their work schedule.
  • A good learning and service attitude is compulsory. Passionate about customer service.
  • Basic IT proficiency required (Clinic Assist, Managed Care portals)
  • Good command of spoken English.
  • The ability to speak more languages/dialects will be an added advantage
  • Able to commit min 25-34 hours per week to apply for the above position on a permanent basis.
