Job Description & Requirements
- Triage Patients, Health declaration, registering Patients,
- Dispensing of medication and collecting payments
- Explain medical and health screen packages to patients
- Arrange/Booking appointments for patients for follow-up treatment and vaccination
- Assist doctors with chaperoning and conduct minor procedures, swab procedures
- Performing administrative duties assigned by a superior
- Perform billing, including HSG, CHAS and Medisave payment transactions
- Daily e-submission of Insurance Managed Care claims
- Top up medications, inventory and assist in stock taking as required
- Housekeeping and responsible for the cleanliness of the entire clinic facilities
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O level, NITEC, Higher NITEC in any discipline. Diploma holders are welcome.
- Prior healthcare/customer service experience is an added advantage.
- Preferably stay in the northeast area.
- Must be able to commit to a few mornings, 3-night sessions and/or weekend shift. Flexible in their work schedule.
- A good learning and service attitude is compulsory. Passionate about customer service.
- Basic IT proficiency required (Clinic Assist, Managed Care portals)
- Good command of spoken English.
- The ability to speak more languages/dialects will be an added advantage
- Able to commit min 25-34 hours per week to apply for the above position on a permanent basis.
