Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organised administrative assistant in the insurance industry. This role requires discretion, efficiency, and strong communication skills. You will be a trusted right hand, helping manage day-to-day tasks, client communications, and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering calls and responding to emails
  • Maintain and organise confidential financial records and client documentation
  • Assist with preparation of reports
  • Track deadlines and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and work independently

Qualifications:

  • At least a Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Discretion and confidentiality are a must
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and calendar management tools
  • Background or understanding of insurance
