Job Description:
- Support SAP SuccessFactors implementation and provide ongoing support for all modules within the South Asia region.
- Drive the successful deployment, optimization, and maintenance of our HR systems to support our HR operations
- Identify opportunities for process automation, streamlining workflows, and improving data accuracy and integrity within SuccessFactors.
- Track and report on the adoption rate of SuccessFactors modules within the South Asia region, including user engagement, completion of HR processes, and utilization of self-service features.
- Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to optimize system efficiency and user experience.
- Measure the effectiveness and timeliness of issue resolution for system-related incidents or inquiries raised by end-users, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of user training programs and materials to ensure successful user onboarding and competency development.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance Management, Learning Management, Recruitment, Onboarding, and more
