Duties:
- Provide direct nursing care, patient assessment, and monitoring of vital signs
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as prescribed
- Assist in procedures, wound care, and post-operative care
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and update patient records
- Coordinate with doctors and healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care
- Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions
- Ensure infection control, patient safety, and compliance with hospital protocols
- Respond to emergencies and support ward operations and shift handovers
Working hours: 3 shifts AM/PM/ND
Requirements:
- Valid SNB and BCLS
- Ok to work 3 shifts
