1. Customer Service
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints effectively
2. Sales & Store Performance
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Promote ongoing promotions, new arrivals, and upsell products
- Maintain strong product knowledge to drive sales
3. Store Operations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems (cash, card, digital payments)
- Handle cash, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with company policies
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
4. Merchandising & Visual Display
- Ensure products are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing
- Replenish shelves and manage inventory levels
- Support visual merchandising and in-store displays
5. Inventory Management
- Assist in stock receiving, tagging, and stock counts
- Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies
- Maintain proper storage and stockroom organization
6. Store Maintenance & Compliance
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the store at all times
- Adhere to company policies, SOPs, and safety guidelines
