Job description
Job Duties:
Provide highlevel executive support to the 2-3 senior investment bankers
Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones, including scheduling internal and external meetings, prioritizing commitments, and resolving conflicts.
Handle extensive global travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, visas, and itineraries.
Manage invoice and expenses checking and processing, including review, documentation, and securing necessary approvals for payment
Support meetings, and events, including agenda preparation, materials compilation, logistics, and followups.
Compile presentations, reports, and correspondence in advance of meetings.
Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience providing executivelevel administrative support, preferably within financial services or a multinational corporate environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced, highpressure environment.
Proven ability to work independently with sound judgment, discretion, and problemsolving capabilities.
Highly detailoriented, proactive, and solutionsfocused.
