Position: Enrolled Nurse (Inpatient Wards)

Job Description

• Provide bedside nursing care to patients in inpatient wards

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)

• Monitor and record patients vital signs and condition

• Support doctors and registered nurses in clinical procedures

• Ensure proper documentation of nursing care and treatment plans

• Maintain a clean and safe ward environment

• Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum NITEC in Nursing

• Valid SNB License

• Able to commit to 3 rotating shifts

• Comfortable working in inpatient ward settings

• Team player with good communication skills
