Jobs Responsibilities
. Manage and resolve customer enquiries across phone, email, social media and live chat channels in a timely manner
. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure effective resolution of service issues and escalate recurring trends where necessary
. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all customer interactions in the CRM system
. Process and invoice local and export spare parts orders manage spare parts inventory and stock monitoring
. Prepare weekly and monthly service reports and support ad hoc duties and projects as assigned
