Our client is a Professional Services firm
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum of company secretarial duties.
- Provide corporate secretarial and advisory services to a portfolio of privately and public listed companies.
- Client creation forms including completion of AML forms and relevant checks.
- Liaise and advice clients on company information, company statutory administration, work passes, business licenses, and other related matters.
- Provide advisory on corporate secretarial matters for Singapore and foreign companies.
- Prepare necessary documents, file with ACRA and other statutory bodies, maintain statutory records on all matters related to initial incorporation, annual compliance, and ad-hoc change requests for client companies.
- Liaise with statutory bodies, banks, and other third-party business partners as and when required.
- Attend to all ACRA filings for the assigned clients.
- Participate in KYC compliance and improvement in information availability process and quality of information.
- Maintain and update the database of all client companies in the company software systems.
- Variety of different task such as office management and payroll administration.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in the corporate secretarial field in Singapore.
- ICSA (Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators) is a plus
- Good understanding of the Singapore Companies Act, Immigration Act, Income Tax Act, and other related regulatory policies.
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to organize and priorities work with minimum supervision.
Basic salary: $2800 to $3300 (depending on the experience)
