Responsible for coordinating show lists and managing the full cycle of rehearsals, auditions, and performer selection to optimize role allocation and production quality.
Responsibilities
- Arrange show lists and schedule performers to ensure seamless event flow
- Manage rehearsal, audition, and selection processes to identify and onboard qualified performing artistes
- Assess individual performers strengths and weaknesses to allocate roles efficiently and enhance overall production quality
- Collaborate with producers to coordinate artiste performance time slots and adjust schedules as needed to meet production demands
- Represent performing artistes in management meetings to communicate needs and align on production goals
- Memorize lyrics and routines to maintain high performance standards and support artistes during shows
- Coordinate with fellow artistes and band members to fine-tune performances, ensuring readiness and smooth stage operations
- Cultivate and strengthen teamwork among artistes to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment
