PERFORMING ARTISTE MANAGER

Job Summary
Participate actively in stage performances and lead the management of performing artistes to deliver high-quality productions. Collaborate with band members, singers, and stage management to optimize performance standards and support continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
. Lead and participate in all assigned stage performances to ensure seamless execution and audience engagement
. Collaborate with band members and singers during rehearsals to synchronize and enhance performance quality
. Partner with the stage manager to fine-tune performances, ensuring technical and artistic excellence
. Maintain and update a weekly repertoire of at least 20 songs to support routine performances and audience variety
. Memorize lyrics and choreography uphold optimal performance standards consistently
. Recruit and conduct interviews for new performance artistes to build a talented and cohesive team
. Interpret music and dance elements to deliver compelling production performances
. Provide guidance and constructive feedback to artistes to enhance their stage presence and skills
. Manage disciplinary actions for artistes to maintain professional standards and team harmony
Preferred competencies and qualifications
. 3 to 5 years of experience managing performing artistes or related roles
. Proven experiebce as a performer with singing and dancing capabilities
. Strong stage performance experience demonstrating confidence and skill
.Knowledge of Mandarin song, J-pop, and K-pop music genres is advantageous for repertoire diversity
. Effective communication skills to collaborate with singers and team members
