Job Summary
Responsible for coordinating all aspects of performing artiste management, including show scheduling, audition and rehearsal processes, role allocation based on individual strengths, and collaboration with producers to optimize performance timing and quality.
Responsibilities
- Arrange and manage the show list to ensure seamless event scheduling and performer readiness
- Coordinate and lead the rehearsal, audition, and selection processes to identify and onboard qualified performing artistes
- Assess individual performing artistes strengths and weaknesses to allocate roles that maximize efficiency and performance impact
- Collaborate with producers to schedule and adjust artiste performance time slots to meet production needs
- Represent performing artistes in management meetings to communicate their interests and align on operational decisions
- Memorize lyrics and routines to maintain high performance standards and support show consistency
- Synchronize with fellow artistes and band members to fine-tune performances, ensuring smooth operations and readiness for live shows
- Cultivate and enhance teamwork among artistes to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment
