Job Summary
Responsible for coordinating all aspects of performing artiste management, including show scheduling, audition and rehearsal processes, role allocation, and collaboration with producers to optimize performance delivery and production quality.
Responsibilities
- Arrange and manage the show list to ensure seamless event scheduling and performer readiness
- Coordinate and execute the rehearsal, audition, and selection processes to identify and onboard qualified performing artistes
- Assess individual strengths and weaknesses of performing artistes to allocate roles efficiently and enhance overall performance quality
- Collaborate with producers to schedule and adjust artiste performing time slots, ensuring optimal show flow and timing
- Represent performing artistes in management meetings to communicate needs and align on production objectives
- Memorize lyrics and routines to maintain high performance standards and support consistent show delivery
- Fine-tune performances collaboratively with other artistes and band members to ensure smooth operations and readiness for live shows
- Cultivate and strengthen teamwork among artistes to foster a cohesive and high-performing production environment
