Job Description

We are looking for a data-driven and analytical professional to support compensation, benefits and performance processes. This role focuses on working with large datasets, generating insights, and translating numbers into clear recommendations for management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits

  • Support annual compensation processes including salary benchmarking, merit review, and bonus analysis.
  • Work closely with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to provide data-backed salary benchmarks and offer recommendations.
  • Assist in reviewing and analysing incentive and benefits programs for competitiveness and internal equity.

Data Analytics & Insights

  • Analyse large datasets related to compensation, performance, and workforce metrics.
  • Translate data into clear insights, trends, and actionable recommendations for senior management.
  • Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentation materials for leadership discussions.
  • Identify gaps, anomalies, and opportunities through data deep-dives.

Performance Management Support

  • Support the performance management cycle (goal setting, calibration, bonus linkage).
  • Provide analytical support to ensure fair and consistent performance outcomes.

Reporting & Governance

  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of compensation and performance data.
  • Maintain HR policies, documentation and support audit requirements where needed.
  • Assist in ensuring consistency in application of C&B guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 47 years of experience in HR analytics, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and tell a clear story from numbers.
  • Advanced Excel skills (must-have); experience with Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, structured, and comfortable working with large datasets.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to present insights to stakeholders.
