Diploma or Degree in any discipline (Marketing / Business preferred).
Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Media Buying (agency experience is a plus).
Strong working knowledge of paid media on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) comfortable with LinkedIn Ads. Bonus if you've run TikTok, (XHS) and/or Lemon8 campaigns.
Solid analytical thinking and strong written communication (you can explain performance clearly, not just show numbers).
Competent with tracking and measurement tools (e.g., GA4, Tag Manager, pixels/conversion APIs, platform reporting, Looker Studio or similar).
RESPONSIBILITIES
Understand the client's business, offer, margins, target audiences and sales process translate that into a clear campaign plan and testing roadmap.
Plan, build and manage campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other relevant channels (TikTok/XHS/Lemon8 where suitable).
Set up account structures, audiences, keywords, creatives, placements, budgets and bidding strategies maintain strong hygiene (naming conventions, tracking, exclusions, negatives, etc.).
Write and iterate ad copy (or brief writers/designers with clear direction), and run disciplined A/B testing across hooks, angles, offers, formats and landing pages.
Optimise campaigns daily/weekly: reduce wastage, improve CTR/CVR, lower CPA, and scale what works without breaking efficiency.
Perform keyword and audience research, and continuously expand reach through new angles, campaign types and targeting approaches.
Run competitive intelligence: monitor competitor positioning, creatives, offers and funnel tactics to spot opportunities and gaps.
Ensure tracking is reliable: validate conversions, events, attribution setup, UTM discipline and reporting consistency.
Deliver accurate monthly performance reports with clear insights, actions taken, next experiments, and what's needed from the client to unlock better results.
Document your workflow and build SOPs with management so campaigns become easier to scale, handover and improve across the team.
