Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to support and execute digital advertising campaigns across major global platforms. This role focuses on hands-on campaign execution, optimisation, and performance tracking to support user acquisition and growth across multiple international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute, monitor, and optimise paid media campaigns across global advertising platforms, including but not limited to:
    Google Ads (UAC), Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads, and other relevant platforms

  • Support multi-market advertising campaigns across regions such as APAC, Europe, and the Americas

  • Monitor daily performance metrics including CPI, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and retention indicators

  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to improve campaign performance

  • Work closely with internal design, content, and marketing teams to coordinate ad creatives and campaign assets

  • Support campaign tracking and attribution using third-party analytics and measurement tools

  • Prepare regular performance reports and assist in post-campaign analysis and optimisation recommendations

  • Ensure campaign execution aligns with internal policies, platform guidelines, and applicable regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

  • 1-3 years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or digital advertising execution

  • Hands-on experience with at least two major global advertising platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads)

  • Familiarity with common digital marketing metrics and optimisation principles

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns concurrently

  • Good communication and coordination skills

  • Ability to work in English as a business language

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

  • Experience supporting global or multi-country advertising campaigns

  • Exposure to mobile app marketing, digital products, or subscription-based services

  • Familiarity with mobile measurement or attribution platforms

  • Experience in technology, telecommunications, or digital connectivity industries is an advantage
