We are looking for a detail-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to support and execute digital advertising campaigns across major global platforms. This role focuses on hands-on campaign execution, optimisation, and performance tracking to support user acquisition and growth across multiple international markets.
Execute, monitor, and optimise paid media campaigns across global advertising platforms, including but not limited to:
Google Ads (UAC), Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads, and other relevant platforms
Support multi-market advertising campaigns across regions such as APAC, Europe, and the Americas
Monitor daily performance metrics including CPI, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and retention indicators
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to improve campaign performance
Work closely with internal design, content, and marketing teams to coordinate ad creatives and campaign assets
Support campaign tracking and attribution using third-party analytics and measurement tools
Prepare regular performance reports and assist in post-campaign analysis and optimisation recommendations
Ensure campaign execution aligns with internal policies, platform guidelines, and applicable regulations
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or digital advertising execution
Hands-on experience with at least two major global advertising platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads)
Familiarity with common digital marketing metrics and optimisation principles
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns concurrently
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work in English as a business language
Experience supporting global or multi-country advertising campaigns
Exposure to mobile app marketing, digital products, or subscription-based services
Familiarity with mobile measurement or attribution platforms
Experience in technology, telecommunications, or digital connectivity industries is an advantage
