About the Role:

You'll design and optimize paid campaigns across search, social, and cryptonative ad networks turning budgets into users, signups, and engaged communities.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and run PPC and paid social campaigns across Google, Meta, X, and niche Web3 channels.
• Experiment with creatives, audiences, and funnels to improve ROAS.
• Collaborate with analytics and creative teams on landing pages and messaging.
• Report performance clearly and propose databacked next steps.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years in performance/growth marketing; at least 12 in Web3, fintech, or SaaS.
• Confident with GA4, tracking setups, and attribution models.
• Comfortable owning budgets and decisions in fastmoving markets.
