About The Role

Squadra Media is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to drive paid media campaigns and deliver measurable business growth across clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn and other paid platforms.
• Manage campaign budgets and optimise for ROAS, CPA, CPL, CAC and conversions.
• Develop full-funnel performance marketing strategies.
• Analyse campaign data and identify opportunities for growth and optimisation.
• Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, copies and landing pages.
• Work closely with creative, content and client servicing teams.
• Prepare performance reports and present actionable insights.
• Ensure accurate tracking, pixels, UTMs and conversion measurement.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Experience in managing paid media budgets and multiple campaigns/accounts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of GA4, conversion tracking and attribution.
• Excellent communication and client-management skills.
• Prior agency experience is preferred.
