Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 3+ Lead Generation Specialists (ie. Performance Marketing Executives / Assistant Managers)
- Responsible for lead generation for our advertisers through Social platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn & Biddable platforms such as Google Adwords, Youtube, etc.
- You will be responsible for the campaign strategy and managing the lead generation as a whole, by managing the team members to do the following activities:
- Create, launch and manage lead-generation campaigns (paid digital advertising campaigns)
- Develop compelling ad copies as well as come-up with the concept for Ads design such as banners, videos and landing pages.
- Liaise with web developers, designers and content writers to produce landing pages, banners, videos or other creatives required for the campaigns.
- Measure, analyse and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Optimise the performance of the campaigns to achieve the given leads target.
- Team building, recruiting
- Recruit the team, and maintain a strong team of lead generation specialists
- Demonstrate the lead-generation plan, activities to the advertisers as well as reporting
- Other ad-hoc tasks / responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a Performance marketing role in a digital marketing agency is mandatory for this role.
- Team management experience of 2+ year is required
