Youll be responsible for expanding reach, improving conversion rates, and unlocking new customer segments through data-backed experimentation and channel optimization.
Core Responsibilities
Marketplace Advertising & Channel Expansion
- Spearhead paid media efforts across regional e-commerce platforms to boost visibility and transaction volume.
- Execute and refine campaigns across search, display, affiliate, and native ad formats.
- Collaborate with platform partners to leverage exclusive promotional tools and co-marketing opportunities.
Social Commerce & Influencer Activation
- Develop and manage performance campaigns on short-form video platforms, integrating influencer partnerships and livestream strategies.
- Coordinate with product and creative teams to ensure alignment between promotional content and inventory priorities.
Direct-to-Consumer Site Growth
- Lead acquisition and retention strategies using paid social, search engine marketing, affiliate partnerships, and lifecycle marketing.
- Optimize the customer journey from initial engagement to final purchase, focusing on conversion rate uplift and user experience.
Promotional Planning & Offer Strategy
- Architect discount structures, seasonal campaigns, and cross-platform activations aligned with financial goals.
- Conduct competitive analysis to inform pricing and promotional tactics that maintain market edge.
Data-Driven Growth & Channel Efficiency
- Work alongside analytics and CRM teams to monitor campaign performance and uncover behavioral insights.
- Reallocate budgets dynamically across platforms based on performance metrics like lifetime value and cost per acquisition.
- Pilot emerging tactics such as automated bidding, creative split testing, and geo-targeted outreach.
- Minimum 5 years in digital marketing with a focus on e-commerce growth in Southeast Asia.
- Demonstrated success managing paid campaigns on regional marketplaces and D2C platforms like Shopify or Magento.
- Deep familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and affiliate ecosystems for customer acquisition.
