A fast-growing global fintech client is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead customer acquisition across Singapore and Southeast Asia. You'll run campaigns hands-on across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn, building, launching, and optimizing directly in-platform (not through an agency), with real ownership over strategy and budget.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end campaign management across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn, from strategy and creative to daily optimization and budget allocation.
- Drive continuous testing across ad creative, landing pages, and audience targeting to hit CAC/LTV goals.
- Set up and maintain tracking infrastructure (GA4, GTM, pixels) to ensure clean attribution.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-performing creative assets.
- Share insights across the marketing team and mentor junior members as the function grows.
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, ideally at a high-growth company.
- Deep in-platform expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Track record of managing budgets and optimizing toward growth metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to dig into data and translate it into action.
- Experience running campaigns across Southeast Asian markets.
Preferred
- Experience with B2B or fintech marketing.
- Familiarity with SQL, Looker, or similar analytics tools.
- ABM (Account-Based Marketing) experience.
