Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Performance Marketing Manager / Digital Marketing Executive / Marketing Coordinator. The individual will be responsible for managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various digital platforms, monitoring analytics, and creating strategies to enhance engagement and conversions. The role includes content creation, running ad campaigns, email marketing, and collaborating with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with event goals. This is a hybrid position based in Singapore, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in performance marketing, including campaign creation, optimization, and monitoring
- Experience in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media advertising
- Proficiency in marketing coordination, email marketing, and budget management
- Content creation and copywriting expertise, with an eye for detail
- Data-driven mindset and experience with analytical tools to measure campaign success
- Solid understanding of the blockchain industry, with knowledge of MENA markets being a plus
- Ability to work in a team, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and marketing automation tools
