Performance Marketing Executive

Job responsibilities:

• Plan and execute paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google to drive leads

• Track, optimise and report on campaign performance to improve acquisition costs, conversion rate, and ROAS, with a focus on increasing leads.

• Strong track record & Hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Meta and Google

• Build and optimise conversion funnels, including A/B testing of advertisements, landing pages and sales pages.

• Develop compelling marketing hooks, messaging and direct-response copy across ads, and landing pages.

• Manage marketing tracking and measurement, including GA4, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, UTM governance and attribution.
