Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing professional whose primary objective is ROI optimization and revenue generation, not brand-building.

This role is focused on:

  • Driving measurable sales
  • Optimizing marketing spend
  • Converting existing brand awareness into revenue
  • Ensuring past branding investments translate into financial returns

Key Responsibilities

1. ROI-Focused Marketing Execution

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies aimed at direct revenue generation
  • Ensure every campaign has clear financial KPIs (ROAS, CPA, LTV, CAC, conversion rate)
  • Optimize marketing spend to maximize ROI
  • Turn prior branding exposure into measurable sales outcomes

2. Analytics & Data-Driven Optimization

  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance across digital channels
  • Build dashboards for marketing attribution and ROI measurement
  • Conduct A/B testing and funnel optimization
  • Identify underperforming spend areas and reallocate budget efficiently

3. Revenue & Funnel Management

  • Improve lead generation quality and cost efficiency
  • Increase conversion rates across marketing funnels
  • Work closely with sales to track lead-to-revenue performance
  • Retarget and re-engage audiences built from past campaigns

4. Budget Accountability

  • Manage marketing budget with strict ROI targets
  • Justify spend with performance data
  • Provide monthly ROI performance reports to management

Key Requirements

Experience

  • Min. 2 years in performance marketing / growth marketing / digital marketing with strong ROI focus
  • Proven track record of improving ROAS and reducing CAC
  • Experience managing paid ads (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems preferred

Technical Skills

  • Strong analytical skills (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.)
  • Ability to build performance reports and dashboards
  • Understanding of attribution models and conversion tracking
  • Experience in retargeting, funnel optimization, and conversion tracking

Mindset

  • Revenue-first mentality (not vanity metrics)

  • Numbers-driven and performance-oriented
  • Comfortable being accountable for measurable results
