Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing professional whose primary objective is ROI optimization and revenue generation, not brand-building.
This role is focused on:
- Driving measurable sales
- Optimizing marketing spend
- Converting existing brand awareness into revenue
- Ensuring past branding investments translate into financial returns
Key Responsibilities
1. ROI-Focused Marketing Execution
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies aimed at direct revenue generation
- Ensure every campaign has clear financial KPIs (ROAS, CPA, LTV, CAC, conversion rate)
- Optimize marketing spend to maximize ROI
- Turn prior branding exposure into measurable sales outcomes
2. Analytics & Data-Driven Optimization
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance across digital channels
- Build dashboards for marketing attribution and ROI measurement
- Conduct A/B testing and funnel optimization
- Identify underperforming spend areas and reallocate budget efficiently
3. Revenue & Funnel Management
- Improve lead generation quality and cost efficiency
- Increase conversion rates across marketing funnels
- Work closely with sales to track lead-to-revenue performance
- Retarget and re-engage audiences built from past campaigns
4. Budget Accountability
- Manage marketing budget with strict ROI targets
- Justify spend with performance data
- Provide monthly ROI performance reports to management
Key Requirements
Experience
- Min. 2 years in performance marketing / growth marketing / digital marketing with strong ROI focus
- Proven track record of improving ROAS and reducing CAC
- Experience managing paid ads (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems preferred
Technical Skills
- Strong analytical skills (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.)
- Ability to build performance reports and dashboards
- Understanding of attribution models and conversion tracking
- Experience in retargeting, funnel optimization, and conversion tracking
