AdsCatalyst is a founder-led performance marketing agency based in Singapore, trusted by 100+ SMEs. We run paid ads across Meta, Google, and TikTok with full in-house creative production. We treat every client's business like our own.

The Role

You'll work directly under the founder as the key person between strategy and execution. This means:

• Managing and optimising ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok

• Handling client communication and updates independently via WhatsApp

• Leading a team of interns on daily tasks, creative briefs, and deliverables

• Setting up ad accounts, tracking, and new campaign launches

• Pulling performance data and preparing client reports

Requirements

• Based in Singapore, able to work on-site full-time

• Experience running paid ad campaigns on at least one major platform

• Strong communicator who can manage client relationships independently

• Comfortable leading a small team and holding people accountable

• Self-starter who takes ownership without needing to be micromanaged

Good to Have

• Experience across Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads

• Familiarity with tracking setup (Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel)

• Agency experience managing multiple clients at once
