Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to meet ROAS and CPA goals.

  • Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and ad creative testing.

  • Manage budgets, bids, and daily campaign performance to maximize efficiency.

  • Monitor campaign performance daily using GA4, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.

  • Maintain dashboards and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.

  • Analyze data to identify issues, uncover opportunities, and optimize campaigns quickly.

  • Use AI tools such as SEMrush, ChatGPT, or Google Gemini for research, ad copy, and analysis.

  • Leverage automation and project management tools to improve workflow efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

  • Strong data-driven mindset with solid knowledge of paid media platforms.

  • Experience managing or advertising for Shopify stores.

  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
