We are seeking a Performance Marketer to lead the paid acquisition strategy that fuels our audience growth, event attendance, and program enrollment.

Mission of the Role

Build and scale the paid acquisition engine that drives qualified leads into our ecosystem.

You will design and manage high-performing campaigns that convert audiences into event attendees, community members, and participants in our premium personal mastery programs.

Your work will directly influence lead generation, revenue growth, and brand expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Acquisition Strategy

Plan, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns across platforms including:

  • Meta Platforms (Facebook & Instagram Ads)

  • Google Ads

  • LinkedIn Ads

Lead Generation Campaigns

Develop and execute campaigns designed to generate qualified leads for:

  • Movie screening events

  • Workshops and community gatherings

  • High-performance personal mastery programs

Funnel & Conversion Optimization

Collaborate with marketing and content teams to optimize:

  • Landing pages

  • Ad creatives

  • Audience targeting

  • Conversion rates

Experimentation & Creative Testing

Continuously test different ad formats, messaging angles, and audience segments to improve campaign performance.

Performance Analytics

Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns using key metrics including:

  • Cost per lead (CPL)

  • Cost per acquisition (CPA)

  • Event registrations

  • Sales conversions

Growth Insights

Provide weekly campaign performance insights and identify opportunities to scale campaigns efficiently.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong experience in performance marketing and paid media campaigns

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data

  • Deep understanding of conversion funnels and lead generation strategies

  • Experience managing and optimizing multi-channel advertising campaigns

  • Familiarity with marketing analytics and tracking systems

  • Strong collaboration skills with content, partnerships, and sales teams

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred)

  • 2-5 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising

  • Proven experience generating leads through paid advertising campaigns

  • Experience in events, education, coaching, or digital programs is an advantage

Success Metrics

Success in this role will be measured by:

  • Qualified leads generated

  • Cost per lead performance

  • Event registrations driven by paid campaigns

  • Contribution to program sales pipeline
