Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, setup, and execution of full funnel campaigns
- Oversee campaign budget spends, updating the strategy, and troubleshoot accordingly
- Understand the complexities of campaign performance and evaluate growth to identify opportunity gaps.
- Recommend changes in spend levels while being able to articulate potential impact.
- Push the limits of client's thinking on how to operate full funnel marketing.
- Provide strategic leadership and management against important account metrics.
- Provide recommendations and executional strategies for new opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of digital marketing in accordance with client goals.
- Identify & develop new opportunities, working closely with the internal teams and agency partners.
- Generate and disseminate reporting to ensure that the wider team is aware of advertising performance trends.
- Manage & maintain relationships with internal customers/partners to communicate campaign performance/progress to goals.
- Manage and develop a team who are responsible for executing the campaigns and hitting KPIs.
- Strong communicator and storyteller, possesses excellent verbal, written and presentation skills derived from data.
Experience required:
- At least 4-5 years of hands-on campaign activation and/or planning experience.
- Advanced proficiency with SEM (Paid Search, and Shopping), Social and Video ad platforms.
- Basic technical understanding of SA360, CM360 and Programmatic Advertising
- Technical knowledge in web analytics (preferably Google Analytics) and web tagging.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Broad client experience across a breadth of industries and categories; Understand business issues at the core
- Be a proactive self-starter and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
- Team leadership and mentoring experience
- Have polished presentation, communication and listening skills
- Have strong organizational skills being able to manage multiple clients/projects at once
- Be confident in analyzing and acting on marketing data
