Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize ad campaigns across major platforms including Google, Meta, X/Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube
- Handle native channel marketing for Crypto and Fintech, including CoinMarketCap, CoinGecko, crypto media, KOLs, and community channels
- Develop growth strategies and budget plans based on different markets, products, and user segments; continuously optimize core metrics such as CAC, CPA, ROAS, and LTV/CAC
- Drive user growth, asset conversion, and AUM growth across multi-asset products including Crypto, US stocks, and wealth management products
- Coordinate online and offline brand marketing, including DOOH, large-format outdoor advertising, financial media, industry events, and brand partnerships
- Collaborate with product, CRM, operations, and BI teams to optimize key conversion funnels: registration, KYC, deposit, trading, and retention
- Establish A/B testing mechanisms to continuously improve ad creatives, landing pages, and user conversion performance
- Leverage AI tools to enhance ad creativity, user insights, growth analytics, and marketing automation efficiency
- Stay up to date with industry advertising policies and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, or global paid media buying
- Proven track record with measurable results in user growth and ROI/ROAS optimisation
- Familiar with the growth funnel for US stock trading, account opening, deposit, and trading conversion; understands investor user personas
- Proficient with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other major ad platforms
- Experience with integrated online and offline marketing; experience with brand advertising or outdoor media is a plus
- Strong data analysis skills; familiar with tools such as GA4, AppsFlyer, and Tableau
- Familiar with the use of AI tools in ad creative, growth analytics, and marketing automation
- Strong English skills and international market experience
Preferred:
- Experience in Crypto, securities, US stock brokerage, online finance, Fintech, or trading platforms
- Experience with Web3 and Crypto native channel marketing
- Experience in growth for US stock brokerages, trading platforms, or wealth management products
- Experience in App Growth, ASO, or mobile growth
- Experience with global brand campaigns or large-scale advertising projects
- Experience with AI growth tools, marketing automation, or AI Agent applications
- Experience in overseas markets such as the US, Europe, Southeast Asia, or the Middle East
