Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Growth & Performance Manager to lead acquisition across digital channels. This role is focused on driving measurable sales outcomes through performance marketing, affiliate partnerships, and channel expansion.

You will own the strategy and execution across paid, owned, and affiliate channels - continuously identifying new growth opportunities, optimizing performance, and scaling acquisition efficiently.


Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Acquisition & Revenue Growth

. Own and drive customer acquisition across digital channels with clear focus on sales and ROI

. Manage and optimize paid media performance across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and others

. Continuously improve funnel performance(CTR,CVR, CPA) through testing and optimization

. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure campaigns are aligned with business targets


2. Affiliate & Partnership Growth

. Identify, onboard, and manage affiliate partners and performance-driven platforms to expand acquisition reach

. Develop and scale partnerships with affiliate networks, deal sites, and comparison platforms

. Design and optimize commission structures and incentive models to ensure competitiveness while maintaining profitability

. Monitor partner performance and continuously improve contribution from affiliate channels

3. Channel Expansion & Innovation

. Identify and launch new acquisition channels to grow MyRepublic Mobile's reach and catchment

. Test and scale emerging platforms, tools, and growth opportunities

. Evaluate channel effectiveness and prioritize scalable opportunities


4. Performance Optimization of Existing Channels

. Drive growth in contribution from existing paid and unpaid channels

. Implement timely interventions such as:

○ Promotional campaigns

○ Pricing or offer adjustments

○ Channel-specific optimizations

. Continuously refine channel mix to maximize efficiency and scale

5. Digital Analytics & Performance Tracking

. Own performance tracking across all acquisition channels using tools such as GA4, ad platforms, and dashboards

. Translate data into actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness

. Establish clear reporting frameworks for acquisition, conversion, and ROI metrics


KPIs / Success Metrics

. Customer acquisition volume and growth

. Cost per acquisition (CPA) and ROI

. Contribution of affiliate and partnershipchannels

. Channel efficiency and conversion rates

. Successful launch and scaling of new acquisitionchannels
