Scope of the role:
The role sits within one of OMD's most valuable account teams servicing one of the most iconic global brands. The team has a market-leading position in implementational / executional management and client servicing. As a performance executive, you will operate the dynamic components of media execution in the team.
Reporting Structure:
- You report to the Performance Manager
The role requires you to:
- Develop, deliver and maintain plans based on deep understanding of the brand's philosophy, goals and objectives
- Set up campaigns through Google Ads, DV360 and various social channels including trafficking and activations for various creative formats
- Monitor and optimise campaigns and budgets on a daily basis be able to track pacing / optimise campaigns to avoid under-deliveries
- Have strong numerical ability and the confidence to manage any range of budgets
- Use excel to make sense of data and create client facing reports
- Assist managing vendor relationships
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders (creative agency, media partners, OMD global team and clients)
- Day to day collaboration with creative agency for asset planning, delivery and innovations
- Engage with programmatic, video, social and search campaign media discussions to explore opportunity, process optimization and daily campaign optimisations
- Own budget planning & tracking (media finance) for the campaigns under your belt
Required Skills or Attributes:
- A basic understanding of programmatic media buying, video, social ads and search ads are preferred but not required. Entry level, fresh graduates or have digital trainings are welcome to apply
- Attention to detail is a must; accuracy in work numbers and details are the top KPI
- Strong skills in excel for campaign activation and reporting
- Compliance with deadlines
