Manage the full cycle of performing artiste coordination, including show scheduling, auditions, rehearsals, role allocation, and collaboration with producers to ensure seamless, high-quality stage performances.
Responsibilities
- Arrange show lists and coordinate performer schedules to optimize event flow
- Manage rehearsal, audition, and selection processes to identify suitable candidates for performing artiste roles
- Assess individual performers strengths and weaknesses to allocate roles efficiently and enhance overall performance quality
- Collaborate with producers to schedule artiste performance time slots and adjust plans as needed to meet production requirements
- Represent performing artistes in management meetings to communicate needs and updates effectively
- Memorize lyrics and routines to maintain high performance standards during shows
- Coordinate with other artistes and band members to fine-tune performances and ensure readiness for live stage production
- Build and maintain teamwork among artistes to foster a collaborative and supportive performance environment
