GERMS Digital is looking for a Marketing Insights & Performance Analyst who turns data into direction. You will track, analyse, and report marketing performance across campaigns, channels, and platforms from digital media to content and social. Your role is to uncover patterns, extract insights, and help our teams make sharper marketing decisions. This is not a passive reporting role. We're looking for someone who can connect data, behaviour, and business outcomes.
Performance Tracking
- Monitor marketing performance across channels including social media, digital advertising, content, and web
- Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, traffic, conversions, cost efficiency, and campaign ROI
- Analyse campaign performance across different platforms and audiences
Reporting & Dashboards
- Build clear, visually compelling campaign performance reports
- Maintain dashboards that track campaign performance in real time
- Translate complex data into clear insights for internal teams and clients
Insights & Optimisation
- Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities in campaign performance
- Work with planners, creatives, and account teams to improve campaign effectiveness
- Recommend optimisation strategies based on performance data
Market & Audience Research
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and category analysis
- Analyse audience behaviour and digital touchpoints
- Provide insights that inform campaign strategy and media planning
What We're Looking For
- 24 years experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, or campaign performance reporting
- Strong understanding of marketing KPIs and digital campaign performance
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Google Ads, or similar platforms
- Ability to interpret data and turn it into clear strategic insights
- Strong reporting and presentation skills
- Curious, analytical mindset with a habit of asking why did this work
Bonus Points
- Experience with marketing dashboards (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI)
- Familiarity with social listening or brand monitoring tools
- Experience analysing paid media performance
- Interest in AI-assisted analytics and automation
