We are looking for a data-driven and analytical professional to support compensation, benefits and performance processes. This role focuses on working with large datasets, generating insights, and translating numbers into clear recommendations for management decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Compensation & Benefits
- Support annual compensation processes including salary benchmarking, merit review, and bonus analysis.
- Work closely with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to provide data-backed salary benchmarks and offer recommendations.
- Assist in reviewing and analysing incentive and benefits programs for competitiveness and internal equity.
Data Analytics & Insights
- Analyse large datasets related to compensation, performance, and workforce metrics.
- Translate data into clear insights, trends, and actionable recommendations for senior management.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentation materials for leadership discussions.
- Identify gaps, anomalies, and opportunities through data deep-dives.
Performance Management Support
- Support the performance management cycle (goal setting, calibration, bonus linkage).
- Provide analytical support to ensure fair and consistent performance outcomes.
Reporting & Governance
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of compensation and performance data.
- Maintain HR policies, documentation and support audit requirements where needed.
- Assist in ensuring consistency in application of C&B guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
- 47 years of experience in HR analytics, or related roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and tell a clear story from numbers.
- Advanced Excel skills (must-have); experience with Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, structured, and comfortable working with large datasets.
- Good communication skills with the ability to present insights to stakeholders.
