Eachcandidate must have a Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent,strong technical and analytical skills, good communication and interpersonalskills, and a positive work attitude.
Eachcandidate must have at least 3 years of experience in PeopleSoftdevelopment and/or maintenance. Candidates should have hands-on experience inmost of the following tools: PeopleCode, SQR, PeopleSoft Query, SQL,Application Engine, Application Package, BI Publisher, Component Interface, IntegrationBroker, Workflow, and Fluid Interface.
Candidateswith experience in PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, PeopleTools upgrades, UIcustomization, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Oracle databases, and Microsoft tools(e.g., Excel) will have an advantage.
Eachcandidate must have a resume (preferably with photo) detailing experience,technical skills, and project/work history. Candidates must also be availablefor interview and should be briefed prior to the interview.
Candidatesmust meet minimum qualifications and have at least 3 years of PeopleSoftexperience to be shortlisted. We are looking for a mix of candidates for juniorto senior developers.
Candidateswill be evaluated based on: Technical/Functional Skills (30%), Years ofExperience (15%), and Interview Performance (15%).
StrongPeopleSoft Campus Solutions experience, broad tool exposure, good communicationskills, and stability (low turnover risk).
