Requirements
Minimum 9 years of PeopleSoft Campus Solutions functional consulting across multiple modules and enterprise-scale projects.
Advanced expertise in student lifecycle operations - admissions, academic records, financials, aid, and graduation tracking.
Skilled in solution configuration, impact analysis, and validation of enhancements, including support for bolt-ons and cross-module dependencies.
Hands-on experience leading integration programs with external academic and ERP systems, ensuring end-to-end transaction integrity.
Demonstrated ability to redesign academic workflows, documenting TO-BE models and aligning them to digital transformation goals.
Strong command of data migration strategies, including audit, reconciliation, and conversion of complex student datasets.
Proficiency with test lifecycle management tools and structured defect triage methodologies.
Excellent facilitation skills with ability to engage C-level stakeholders, faculty leadership, and IT governance boards.
